First, we will give you an online demo. If you find it interesting, we can have a more detailed demo/presentation + Q&A for you/your staff. 

The quote will be based upon your number of users. If you wish to move on, you will get a clear contract and terms & conditions, which can be electronically signed. 

Once we have an agreement we will start looking at your current digital/system situation. We create an onboarding schedule with timeline, to-do-lists, responsibilities, and match your existing data entities with PS’s. Everything will be easy to follow in an intuitive online project tool.

You export your databases, such as clients, vendors, and previous projects, and hand over to us. We will set up a new PS-platform for you, create the admin roles, arrange templates, import your data, back-up scheduling and much more.

As an Admin, you can create more users and test PS for 10 business days, to control that it meets your requirements in terms of speed, stability, and listed features.  

Make sure you allocate enough time to clean your data. Clients, prospects, vendors/voices should all be categorized. The night before the launch, we will import the latest data so nothing goes missing.

A week before the launch we will hold a training session for you, online. When the big day comes we’ll be onsite to support for two days. There is also a self-help built-in into PS, with explanations and tutorial-videos.

Enjoy and explore all new possibilities. Tips & tricks will be sent out the first few weeks, and our helpdesk is ready to support you. Our developers will from time to time add new clever features.
